Stages of Work
We value your time and our efforts and build the design process in such a way so that we don’t have to waste it. We will move step by step from the general concept to detailed solutions. Each stage includes 2 iterations of refinements and amendments without returning to the previous stage.
• You provide us with the initial data necessary for the design (topography, geology, and land documents).
• We order photo and video recording of the site, analyse the initial data, formulate and approve a detailed technical task with all your wishes.
This is where we work with you to create a general scenario for the facility:
•determine the stylistic and space-planning solution;
• select the main materials and technologies for your future home.
You will receive a space-planning solution and a concept in the format of a mood board and an approximate specification of the object's content (materials, equipment).
Here we will select all the finishing materials, create photorealistic visualizations of the house that will convey the design idea to the maximum extent possible.
You will get visualizations that are as close to the final result as possible and will be able to see what your future home will look like.
Here, we will clearly define what exactly your house will look like:
• we will issue a technical specification to the contractors (designers and other engineers)
• develop a package of working drawings of the section necessary for builders
At this stage, we will submit the documentation to the tender and help you choose a reliable contractor on a competitive basis.
Together with the contractors, we will determine the total cost of your project implementation
Let's start construction! Throughout the entire implementation process, we offer you 2 additional separate services that will simplify your life and guarantee the best result!
As part of the author's support, we will regularly communicate with the construction team and make sure that everything is built the way we planned. Or even better! If necessary, we will visit the site to check the acceptance of critical stages of work.
As part of our procurement services, we will select, order, and organize the delivery of all the necessary materials and products to the site and make sure that all orders are in line with the design decisions. All you have to do is approve and pay for it.
